2026 RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY: You must be 21 years or older and a resident of Texas to purchase a raffle entry. Purchasers of raffle tickets must qualify under Texas Law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Raffle tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable; all tickets sales are final. The following individuals and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate in this raffle: a) disABILITYsa Staff.
RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASES: disABILITYsa and its agents, Board, volunteers, partners, employees or members assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, undelivered entries. Entries received without proper payment will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.
DRAWING: Ticket prices are one (1) ticket for Twenty-five Dollars ($25). The Prize Draw Date is Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. (CST). Tickets can be purchased in-person or online until 7:15 p.m. (CST) on March 3rd or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first. All purchases of tickets are non-refundable. In this raffle only one (1) ticket for each prize category will win and there is no possibility of a tie. All references to time apply to Central Standard time only.
ODDS: A maximum of 100 tickets per Raffle Prize will be sold. The chances of winning are based upon the number of tickets actually sold.
GRAND PRIZES: The winner of each Prize will have twenty-one (21) calendar days from the Draw Date to make arrangements for the pick-up or delivery of their prize (2515 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78212). The retail value of the prize is 1) $TBD 2) $TBD, and 3) $TBD. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for any income taxes, if any, generated because of his/her winning this raffle.

CONTINGENCY ON RAFFLE OCCURRING: If fewer than 200 tickets are sold, disABILITYsa reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund all ticket purchases.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified in writing via Registered Mail of requisite procedure to claim prize. Winner's name will be posted at www.disabilitysa.org/raffle within 2 calendar days.
