VaxabilitySTRONG PROGRAM
disABILITYsa is excited to announce the launch of our new
Vax-abilitySTRONG Vaccine Education and Outreach program!
Vax-abilitySTRONG Vaccine Education and Outreach program!
Through funding from Texas A&M Health and the State of Texas Department of Health and Human Services, the program serves as a part of state-wide efforts to ensure most vulnerable populations in Texas communities have the information and resources needed to understand, access, and receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
Conducted from January through July 2022, the Vax-abilitySTRONG program is a multifaceted information, education, and community campaign to open conversations about questions and barriers around vaccinations and provide information and resources on vaccine safety, benefits, and access for the disability community.
