DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY RESOURCES
The National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities recognizes March as a month to share awareness and resources for people living with developmental disabilities. The Council encourages partners to share this image across all platforms to spark up conversations on awareness, accessibility barriers, and the everyday struggles faced by members of this community.

Day Programming for Adults with IDD
SA Life Academy offers a standard-base day program designed to meet the holistic needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Certified Special Education teachers design a stimulating curriculum that includes relationship building, art, recreational therapy, health and wellness, community outreach, life and job-skills training.
SA Life Academy also collaborates with volunteers and professionals throughout the community to offer specialized classes such as yoga, recreational therapy, and gardening.
