Col. Michael Allen Cawthon, DO (Ret.), age 72, passed away peacefully on
Thursday, December 28, 2023, with his loving family by his side.
Services will take place on Monday, February 26th at 10am at Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio
followed by an Interment with military honors at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Michael has fought a difficult battle with Alzheimer’s, and is now living eternally in peace.
