complaint Procedures
Any person who believes that he or she may have been discriminated against on the basis of disability, race, color, or national origin may file a complaint with VIA within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
Filing a complaint
There are three ways to file your Title II or Title VI complaint:
