complaint Procedures

​Any person who believes that he or she may have been discriminated against on the basis of disability, race, color, or national origin may file a complaint with VIA within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination. 

Filing a complaint

There are three ways to file your Title II or Title VI complaint:

1. Online

File a complaint by submitting a complaint form directly through an online form.  

2. Mail or E-Mail

Print and mail a physical copy of your complaint form to:
