Join Eva's Heroes and Santikos Theatres for a special showing of Hollywood's latest family friendly film in a sensory friendly and accepting environment.
Doors open at 5:30pm and movie begins at 6pm. Eva's Heroes Special Presentations will be held at Santikos Silverado 16 located at Bandera Rd and 1604 and at Santikos Embassy 14 located at 281 and Bitters Rd. Eva's Heroes Special Presentations are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday

Home Depot Store # 0581, has invited Autism and Beyond to participate at their activity event on August 25, 2012. Open for all ages.
It will be held in their training room, to help decrease any overstimulation from their usual Home Depot Kids Activity event.
Home Depot Kids Workshops Overview:
There will be a hands-on Sensory Friendly Activity. Create their own projects, will receive an orange apron and a certficate.
Cost to Attend:
Home Depot Kids Workshops are free. All materials and tools are also provided.
Age Recommendations: None.
This workshop is designed for children & adult under the autism spectrum. Younger children can build the projects with their parents' help.

What is a community drum circle? The community drum circle is a rhythmic gathering using drums nd hand percussion. Individuals of ALL ages and abilities with r without previous musical experience are invited to attend. Instruments will be provided for everyone. The drum circle is OT a drum lesson or performance-based class. Participants re invited to come and share their creative “inner rhythm”.
