Parents and the Transition ProcessWhat do I need to know to help my child gain the knowledge and skills he or she needs to be successful in life after high school? This is a question that parents ask themselves many times over the course of their child's educational career. In this presentation, parents will have the opportunity to gain information and understanding on the Admission, Review and Dismissal (ARD) Process as it relates to the transition plan as well as the components that are needed to help the child meet his or her post-secondary goals of employment, education and independent living.
